The article, “Third Eye Blind? A Guided Meditation”, by Lilly Barels states

“Welcome to your third eye. Whether it helps you access your inner psychic, takes you to a secret world, or connects you to a great consciousness, enjoy the calm, appreciate the quiet, and visit it whenever you need a break from the hoopla.”

American Institute Health Care Professionals’ insight:

A short article on the third eye and meditation.  It refers to the third eye as the pineal gland, the only structure of the brain that does not have a partner.

Meditation instructors see this gland as the seat of the soul and connection to the divine.  While these are more Eastern concepts, from a health point of view, meditation also can help decrease stress, but this article is more spirituality and those interested in Eastern religious spirituality and the value of the third eye.  Some of our courses in meditation cover these concepts.

If you are interested in becoming certified as a meditation instructor, please review the program.  The meditation program entails cores courses in meditation that are completed online.  The courses in meditation are self paced and passing is based off of an open book exam.

Upon completion of the courses in meditation, qualified professionals will be eligible to become certified in meditation.  The certification lasts three years and then is renewed.

In the meantime, please enjoy our blog and articles regarding meditation and if you have any questions, please let us know.
