Meditation has many traditional preconceptions but the reality is it is a good tool to face contemporary life.  it can help calm you, deal with stress and help you face the day.

It also has spiritual values which can make you feel closer to God, or enhancement of your spirituality.

The biggest is probably health.  Many people with bad health with high blood pressure or a bad heart can utilize meditation to find refuge and peace.

Meditation instructors can help guide people to achieve whichever goal they wish with meditation for whatever reason.

If you are interested in becoming a certified meditation instructor, then please review the program.  The program looks to certify meditation instructors after they take the core courses.  After completion of those core courses, a meditation instructor are then certified for three years.  During those three years, a meditation instructor need to practice and earn continuing education hours.
