Being a health coach means you are the person that gives out the advice that not a lot of people are willing to hear.    Eat this vegetable, not that piece of bacon.   Do this tiring exercise, don’t sit on the couch!   Face it, dieting and exercise is NOT fun.    So how can health care coaches get their clients to enjoy a healthy lifestyle?  Health coaching professionals have come up with several interesting ways.

Health Coach advice also does not have to just be about exercise.   You can make eating healthy fun as well.   Simply take your favorite foods and try to improve them.   One simple way is deviled eggs.    Instead of mayo and egg yolks, use hummus.    Health care coaching does not have to be hard, it can be inventive!
