I must have read through this book twice. I really LOVE this book which puts everything all in one. I must keep this in my library.

I totally agree !
It is an excellant book, and really is the best help for grieivng people.
I found the book in PDF online for $20. There is a search function on PDF that allows you to find answers or the reading you need to do for questions easier than plowing thru 500 pages.
What is the name of the book for this class? I can not seem to find it in the syllabus.
