Her work blends deep clinical expertise with practical leadership experience, including 16 years in federal public health leadership at the CDC.
Susan is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), Certified Grief Counselor (GC-C), Board-Certified Patient Advocate (BCPA), Registered Nurse (RN), and holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). She brings a whole-person approach to each coaching relationship, helping clients reflect, reframe, and reinvent themselves with clarity and confidence. Susan’s services are ideal for those facing career pivots, caregiving responsibilities, health challenges, end-of-life planning, and emotionally complex decisions. She also supports organizations and professionals managing change, stress, and leadership transitions. She believes that grief isn't only about death—it shows up in career changes, broken relationships, aging, and letting go of former versions of ourselves. Whether you're seeking resilience, clarity, or healing, Susan is a trusted guide through the transitions that define us.
Susan is available for one-on-one coaching and grief counseling, as well as training and workshops for corporations and groups.
