Hello, my name is Jeffrey Findlay:
I am a Certified Assisted Living Administrator in NJ and NY. I am a Certified NJ Social Worker since 2005. I began my social service career in an adult medical day care center, afterwards becoming a Director of Social Work in long term care/assisted living facilities. I also hold certifications in Grief Counseling, Pet Loss Grief Support, Case Management, Gerontology, and Dementia. I am a lifelong New Jersian and currently residing in Sussex County.
I also have experience in working with the deaf community since I was eighteen years old, working for a group home where deaf residents were residing. I then immersed myself in local deaf functions where I could continue to advance my ASL and educate myself on deaf culture. I am grateful to be working collaboratively with the New Jersey Division of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing team in supporting deaf/hard of hearing individuals. As well as providing counseling services to individual in various settings.
