Case Management Training

Hello all,
I briefly introduced myself- Alma , however, I wanted to state that I see a real position and need for Nurse Practitioners to receive and be certified in Case Management. Our role is a hybrid of nursing, medicine, psychology and social work, and other topics. At this stage in my life I thought that I should be retiring; however the longer I work as a APRN (Nurse Practitioner) that more I realize that there are areas that I could still work in while contributing to patient’s wellness.
I have been slow to start this course, but as soon as this assignment ( I travel as NP) is over , I hope to enjoy more of my colleague’s comments.
Wow I was blown away by our faculty’s credentials ( I know how hard it is to obtain ).
