    I started a few days ago, I feel this one is a bit more difficult that the other courses I have completed. Does any one else see this one as more challenging?

    I've been reading the book for a week now. Some of the questions on the test are not in the book.

    It seems like we bought the updated book (4th ed) and have an outdated test.
    I can't even google to find some of the answers.
    Specifically the questions related to InterQual and
    Milliman & Robertson guidelines (this is not even mentioned in the book, probably because it's not longer called this)

    Any suggestions would be most helpful
