From many previous studies, many spiritual people do cope better but why, this article takes a look at how counselors can understand why and how they can utilize the spirituality of their clients in treatment.

Spirituality is clearly an important element in how a person deals with adversity.  If properly utilized it can be good but still remember in some cases, a bad faith, as called, can also cause issues in spirituality especially if a love/hate relationship exists with God or if people believe God to be a magical entity that answers requests at will
